Troy Mason & Ztegrity – Scam Review

0

Troy Mason has settled claims of Ztegrity FX fraud with the CFTC for $943,570.

Mason acknowledges, according to a 15-august-signed settlement agreement, to

to every finding in this Consent Order and every complaint in the (CFTC’s) Complaint.

On October 7th, Mason’s settlement was submitted to the court.

In June 2021, the CTC launched a lawsuit against Ztegrity, charging Mason with FX fraud, failing to register as a commodities pool operator, and commodity pool operator fraud.

Mason stated on the Ztegrity website that he had collected approximately $460,000 from 411 participants.

Mason will pay $643,570 in restitution and $300,000 in a civil penalty, as per the terms of an agreed settlement. Additionally, a permanent injunction has been issued against Mason.

Mason advertised Ztegrity as a “currency savings club.” As presented by the CFTC;

To further mislead existing and prospective participants into believing that funds contributed to the Forex Savings Club were as safe as funds contributed to a bank savings account, the Defendants required participants to obtain a “debit card” called a “black card,” which required cardholders to contribute certain monthly amounts to their accounts.

In 2018, BehindMLM evaluated ZBlackCard. At the time of publishing, Mason had not implemented the FX scam.

Nonetheless, he has persisted in defrauding people through numerous pyramid scams.

Mason has now established Our Gas Club and 25X Club, in addition to ZBlackCard and Ztegrity.

As of 7 October, Mason continues to promote 25X Club:

Fiona Robinson Moody, who collaborates with Mason to mislead consumers, blocks victims from the official 25XClub Facebook group.

SimilarWeb reports that the small amount of website traffic to 25X Club has decreased over the previous few months.

Until additional regulatory action is taken, the number of 25X Club victims and the amount they’ve lost remain unclear.
